Question Setting up unique alerts

Can anyone help with how to set up a unique alert sent for a specific "purpose" which is a a call to action to the receipients. I have read the explanations about how you an set up unique alerts from a particular sender using Profiles, and Exception, but I need to create a way to have a particular message trigger a unique alert regardless of who the sender is. Maybe using the subject line, or text in the body. We tried the idea of making the message SMS and setting profile with certain tone for SMS, but this didnt work because voicemail waiting alert uses the SMS format and any mesaage waiting set off the tone. Thanks

I use Message Alerts for that. It can trigger off sender, recipient (to or cc), subject, message, priority, pin, sms, etc.

Thank you for the guidance to WebMessenger. It would seem then that without purchasing additional after-market software it is not possible to manage incoming messages with special treatment such as i described.
