Unhappy Autotext stuck on initializing.

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Every one.

(As previously stated in my last thread) I am working on a service desk for a large department and there is a problem with some of the blackberry devices.

Problem

I have quite a few users on my BES that have been fully activated and working well for anywhere from 1 hour to 2 weeks, then loose email and internet. When the user goes to the activation screen Autotext stuck on "initialising".

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Tim
