Default problem with 9700 bb messenger !!

Please Login to Remove!

Hello ..

i've bb messenger with last version on my bb bold 9700

but i faced strange problem this morning !!

it appare notifiction to new msg on bb messenger but i haven't !!
and all chats i ended and closed it and nothing change !!

the icon still appare on the home screen !!

First, have you tried a hard reset? With the blackberry turned on, remove the battery for 30 or more seconds, then replace and let the blackberry reboot. See if that clears the counter notification.

If not, double check and make sure you have gone all through blackberry messenger and there is nothing unread.

If you still have the problem, you could try changing the theme to something else, and then change it back.

i did all that before i posted my problem :(

i remove the battery .. i changed the theme

and nothing changed !!

and i'm sure 100% there is not any new msg !!

Your next step probably, if it is really bugging you, is to wipe the device and reinstall the OS.
