Hi, often when browsing cataloges (if you for exampel has alot of music files), it takes forever to get to where you want in the structure.

Is there any application (or setting) where one can solve this by for example set the trackball to accellerate like one can with mouse settings on a computer?

I don't think so, but if you are searching in a list of music, videos, pictures etc, begin typing the name of what you are looking for and the cursor will jump straight to what you are needing. In messages, if you are needing to do the same thing, use the search app.

Thanks, The problem right now is when I for example shall change ringtone. First I have a lot of maps with musik (15 gb of music spread out over many artists) and the ringtones comes after thoose. One workaround would be to put ringtones in a mapp caller "aa" but an acceleration trackball would be even better.
Also if there was a possibility to choose to play from a certain folder in the mediaplayer would be great

There's an option to play entire folders in media. Go to media, press menu, explore and go to the folder you wish to play, when viewing the list of songs, press menu, and then play folder.
