Hi All,

I am a penetration tester. I am new to mobile application security testing. I want to intercept blackberry apps request through proxy tool. I have installed Blackberry Email and MDS Services and Blackberry emulator 9800.I am able to intercept request through emulator browser. However, I am unable to intercept requests for Facebook apps (which is already installed on emulator). Kindly let me know how to intercept request for Blackberry apps on emulator.

you need a dataplan to access facebook through RIM NOC and the simulator will not do that

Thanks for your reply. Just want to know, do I require dataplan to access any apps or
It is for only facebook. One more thing how to activate dataplan on emulator. Is it
chargeable?

There is a serial by pass that can be done with BES activaion, But I gave up on that after getting a device of my own.
