Had a user send me this email today:

A blackberry user just came back from vacation. He has a delegate configured in his Outlook. The delegate maintained his inbox during his absence. However, when he came back, all the emails that the delegate deleted from his Inbox are still on the BlackBerry. He tried to manually reconcile the emails on the BlackBerry but they are still there.

The delegate is accessing the manager's email from within her own Outlook account (just did an Add User and can see his account on the left as "Mailbox - Boss Man".
When she deletes, the emails are going into her trash, not his, which is why the BB is not reconciling those deletes.
However, we do have Hard Delete Support turned on, so wouldn't this be the same thing as the user himself just doing a Shift-Del on the email from his own account?
