Make sure your Facebook profile is set up to send your emails to Hotmail, and don't set up Hotmail to send to your BlackBerry.

Maybe I'm missing something.... that seems too easy.

Thanks but I dont know how to do that. Can I do it directly on the unit or do I need to talk to me provider?

Have you set up either service on your BlackBerry? It sounds like you might just have the icons on your home screen, but unless you've added personal account information into them, you aren't going to get any alerts or email sent to your device.

You can delete the applications from your device yourself. Go into Options > Advanced Options > Service Book Highlight "Facebook [BrowserConfig] press your option key and choose "delete". Do the same thing if you have a preloaded icon for Hotmail.
