Blackberry Services Forgetting Logon Details

Once upon a time we had our BES environment installed on a Win2K environment, but due to some problems with attachment service not running and the services forgetting the logon details upon re-boot, we decided to move it to a Win2K3 environment.
When it was moved to 2003, all was great, attachment service is working great and services were starting OK when the system was re-booted.
However, now the old service problem is back; when the server is re-booted, the services do not start automatically due to a logon failure.
To fix this, all i need to do is re-type the password in ONE of the services, and all the rest will come back up OK after that.
Any help appreciated!
