Hello,

Images are not appearing in my emails, I have to click 'get images' within the email to see them.

I have got my settings to automatically download images so am a bit confused as to why this isn't happening?

Am using a 9000 with OS .190

You may need to resend your service books

It largely depends on how the email was constructed by the sender.

You always have to use 'Get Images' to display images that are links to externally hosted addresses.
Images that are embedded into the email message itself should display right away.

In your messages folder go to Options > Email Settings > If you have more then one account chose it from the "Message Services:" List > Enable HTML should be on and download images should be on. This should fix your images not downloading.

Most newsletters and spam you imbedded weblinks, very few now a days use imbedded web content.

Yeah it sucks. That's why you have to trust to download images in your normal outlook/mail app generally unless you have disabled it completely. There is no way to trust always on a bb as of yet.
