Default camera not working

Please Login to Remove!

i can click the camera icon, and phone does what its supposed to do. I point, push the trackball, and it appears to take the pic, except for as soon as it "snaps", the screen turns white with the hourglass turning and then........nothing. Just shows a white screen. When i back out of the camera mode to look at the pics, all my other pics id taken some time ago are still there, but the one i just tried to take, just shows up as a red X.

Any suggestions?

IT-policy? Not sure i understand unless youre asking this assuming its a work phone. Its my personal phone, not linked to any work. I purchased this thing back during the summer, and had not made ANY upgrade changes or anything since i got it (im not very BB smart and am afraid if i start changing stuff, im gonna f it up.) This just started happening about 4 weeks ago. A friend at work suggested i upgrade to the new software on the BB home site. I did, and it didnt help the cam problem (actually created a problem, ie: speakerphone blast for a couple of seconds upon answering the phone).

to check IT-policy you can goto Settings => Status and type B U Y R. If you see IT-policy enable, it's main your device has TI=policy
And a little question: What's device you have and which version of OS you using?

look like supid, but I think yoou sould try to open battery cover and user your finger push in the camera lens and vibra it if you can.Be patience. This problem may cause a bad connection beetwen cam and its slot, but I think you don't know much about hardware.
Hope you luck and sorry about my poor english
