I opted for the extra $3 visual voicemail feature but the app is not on my Storm. I have looked everywhere....could i be missing something or could it be hidden. Im 99% sure its not there...is it downloadable or how do I get it?

Make sure you downloaded it from the application center. If it is, here is one thing to try... First go into your options/Advanced options/applications and see if visual voicemail is there. If it is, then go back to your home screen, press the BB menu key and make sure "Show All" is checked. Then see if it shows up. If none of this works, you might want to call Verizon Tech Support.

Is there any way to have the application automatically update the message list. I keep missing messages which is kind of a pain in the but.

I have the Visual Voicemail application as well (which I love, and would totally recommend to anyone with a Storm). Anyways, there was an icon on the "Main Menu" for mine, and once clicked, it took you to the agreement/download page. I then subscribed, and downloaded the application from there - that's it. If it's not there, just browse out to Verizon's website on your phone, and download the application from there. Hope this helps!

I was able to redownload the app from mobile.vzw.com.

However, I am cancelling mine after trying the YouMail freebie posted a day or two ago...I'd post a link but I have too few posts.

The freebie is light on features, but it works very well, and gives the same functionality. Joekr did a great job, in my humble opinion...
