I was trying to turn my screens auto dym feature off and found that the option doesn't work. I turned it off, walked outside my house, the screen got brighter, walked back in, the screen got dimmer. I did it several times turning it on and off and it always stayed working as if it were on. I want to turn it off to conserve battery life. I have the backlight at 10 and whenever I'm outside it goes up to whatever it is automatically.

Is this a bug anyone else has found or am I loaner on this one?

I turned my off the day I got it, primarily because I didn't like it going dim regardless of where I was or to conserve battery life. I would try pulling the battery, let it reset, and try again. Let us know if that works out for you!?
