I have a blackberry pearl 8100 and have no data plan and do not plan on getting one...I have the USB cable and my Desktop Manager and was wanting to put a 30sec MP3 ringtone on my phone...how do I do this?

Put your phone in mass storage mode and simply copy the file into your media card. Almost like you were using a thumb drive.
