When I transfer my Outlook Contacts to my BB 8310 Ver 4.5, the names are listed by First Names instead of Last Names, like in Outlook. Does anyone know how to change this? Thanks.

Open Address Book on the BB.

Click on "Options" Button and scroll to options on the pop-up window.

General options > VIEWS - Sort By
