Telestial Customer representative claims that it will work on unlocked BlackBerry to access Internet and e-mail messages if you adjust Telestial's APN. Here is Telestial Customer representative's message at bottom:

If it doesn't say it's specifically for "Blackberry Data Services" then chances are it's not. You might get web browsing with Opera Mini or some other third-party web browser, but forget the Blackberry built-in email. That's not going to work without a bona fide Blackberry data plan. Same thing for BB Messenger
