Since I am unable to get BES working with Orange (unless I switch to a business tariff), I am going to use Outlook Web Access.

Currently I have only opened port 443 as below:

Sun, 2009-02-15 15:30:32 - TCP Packet - Source:216.9.253.252,57232 Destination:##.##.##.##,443 - [HTTPS rule match]

and this is working.

But I wonder if this IP address will change, so if so, what range to add.

I know BB have published address ranges but I am unsure as to which ones I need.
