Cool having problems wiping phone

Please Login to Remove!

ok so i recently added the video recorder app to my phone and i realized it made the music on my phone sound lower also it slowed it down wat can i do because i wiped the phone from the security menu and the video app is still there ?

you could try removing it through the desktop manager. that would probably be the only possibilty i could think of

If you have the time you can do a secure wipe by enabling content protection in Option -> Security Options -> General. After you enable Content Protection then perform the wipe.

i did the wipe an the recorder app is still there and i also brought up the desktop manager and the spp does not apprear on the list to add or remove apps

Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications, hit the menu key and choose modules you might have to manual remove any associated modules.

I do not know what they would be named however. (or the exact name of this application)
