It seems that after two years, the headphone jack on my 8830 is crapping out. I have to really fidget with the headphone input to get sound out of both earphones.

Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck with listening to music through pretty much one ear until I replace my device...without buying bluetooth headphones.

Have you tried a different set of headphones? If so, and the problem persists, you are likely stuck unless you repair the problem, or go BT.

It happens with the seidio adapter and the blackberry headphones.

Any recommendations on small portable bt headphones?

Switched my 8800 6 times during the last year for being worn out in the headphone jack - weak side of the 8800 series clearly
