Hi, sorry if this has been asked before.
My display is obscured and has been for about 3 weeks. There are lines across the screen and the right hand side is completely white...I've done a hard reset many many times and nothing changes. Is there anything else I can do, apart from getting a new phone?

It sounds like there is physical damage to the screen and you will need a replacement.
