Unhappy Larger media card

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
I purchased a larger memory card because I wanted to download more music. I tried to load more music last night with the 2GB that I had and the BB kept kicking off some of the music I was loading. So I bought a larger memory card and now when I install it into the BB, all my music files are gone. I guess they're on the other card. How do I transfer from one card to another or can I do that. Do I have to reapply all of my music on the new card all over again?

FRUSTRATED!

Did you format the media card in the handheld first? What music format are the files?

To transfer the songs from the old media card to the new one, you have to copy the songs to your PC, then copy them to the new card. You can do that using an adapter for the cards in your PC, or put the old card back in your BlackBerry and copy them to your PC using Windows Explorer; then put the new card back in your BB and copy them from the PC to the new card.
