A while ago, my phone was basically "bricked". I tried everything under the sun to get it going. I used JLcmdr, I attempted to connect this way, that way and every other way. Nothing worked. So I called at&t and they've sent a replacement.

However, at&t won't accept the phone with a cracked lens (phone worked fine with a small cracked lens and wasn't the problem). So I bought a replacement lens and see that is isn't exactly the same. The "BLACKBERRY" font is a little bolder than that on the original lens.

Has anyone ever returned their phone with a replaced lens and have it rejected?
