I recently switched from a Pearl to a Storm 9530 and transfered all info via the Desktop Manager. However all of my stored numbers are prefixed with +44 and although it will let me call mobile numbers from my contact list it won't let me call land lines. Keeps saying Number Unobtainable.

Can anyone please help?!?!?!

Welcome to BB Forums. Let's try this first:

Hit the green (phone) button.
Hit the menu key, select Options / Smart Dialing
Change the Country Code to +44 and all should work.

The Country code is +44 & it's still not working?!?!?!

If the numbers in your contacts list already have +44, then perhaps you should have your country code set to something else, like +1, or even nothing at all. Either that or remove the +44 from your contacts and leave it set as the Country Code in phone Options. Sounds to me like you're trying to dial +44 twice: once for the BlackBerry's Country Code and once as the listed number in your contacts. The +44 is already there and with the Country Code the phone is adding it again. Make sense?
