My scenario may not be the same as yours. I have a work AT&T account and a personal VZW account. I want to forward the AT&T # to the VZW # - I'll then use the data and BIS plan that is already on my VZW account. Problem is I have no forwarding option in the phone menu, and it was there a week ago. I just can't remember if it was before I upgraded to .230
