Is there any software out there that enables macros on excel spreadsheets for blackberry?

No, there is no full version of Outlook for BlackBerry. Everything that does Outlook spreadsheets on a BB is an aftermarket program like Documents To Go, and doesn't support VBAscript or the drivers for macros.
