Hey all, so I have a Tour 9630 that I've had for about 4 months. I really use only 2 different sound profiles, and they both have the same default ringtone. But I've noticed within the past month or so random contacts have had their ringtones change to something other than 'active profile'. Also when I add a new contact, the default ringtone will be Ringer_ClassicPhone. Ringer_ClassicPhone is also the ringtone that random contacts have been set to as well. When I go to each one, I can't select 'Active Profile'. Is there something causing this? And is there a way to just reset all my contacts back to active profile? Thanks!

I've had the same issue with the random contacts having "Ringer_ClassicPhone" set as their ringtones. To remove it all you have to do is go to Profiles -> Set Contact Alerts and delete the contact(s) that you didn't want set. This will put them back to the default profile settings.

Hey thanks a lot, that did it! I had about 15 people in that list, and still have no idea how they got there. And I'm the only one that uses the phone. Anyway, thats again for your reply.
