Default bbm cant find it??? Where did it go?

Please Login to Remove!

Help... My bbm icon is gone and I don't have it in my downloads or apps etc... where did it go?

Did you make sure it isn't hidden? Bring up the menu and select show all. You may have to be in certain folders to see show all in the menu. Do that and look around.



If you don't find it, next step would be a hard reset. After that, if it still isn't there, resend service books.

Sometimes its located in the "Instant Messages" folder

thanks guys.... I'm trying... I looked in instant message folder and the icon is gone... then if I "download" it again it tells me I already have it... ughhh....where did it go?

My suggestion is to remove BBM, remove any unused apps, reboot, and download/install BBM from scratch.
