HEY THERE!
i have resently bought the blackberry storm 9530.its the first time i am using a blackberry and i had really high standards. However, i have some problems so if anyone can help me out it would be great:
1) i cant find the calendar where is it?
2) when i touch the screen from bottom to top the keyboard appears,when i do it the other way round the keyboard doesn't hide why is that?
3) when i use internet it takes years to load photos why??
4) do i have to update the phone? i only bought it 2 weeks ago and if do have to update where should i search for an update?

1. It should be on your main screen... If you don't see it, hit menu and show all. It will be there somewhere...

2. Not a storm user, so I cabt help, sorry.

3. This is dependent on your carrier. The berry browser isn't the best, but it can only load as fast as the carrier gives it data.

4.You can get the aoftware on the sticky of the parents thread of this post. The directions are also in the thread. Its best to update to make sure everything is up to date right now. For the future, I would only update when you have a problem. You can update to any OS you want, that's just my opinion

in terms of number one i went through the menu again and again i can see no calendar icon is there somewhere else i should search for it?

If you swipe the keyboard from the Y key downward, you should see the keyboard disappear.

i live in greece and as a country its not in the list of the countries who are compatible with BB WORLD. does this mean that i cant have any applications in my phone???
does anyone know how to help me out or is my phone completely useless???

No, that only means you cannot use App World.

Use Mobihand.com or any other of the many software distributors.
