Hello, I need to reset my calendar and contacts on my storm. My BBerry admin said to type rset when I go to address book> options but the keyboard is not qwerty. Can this be typed with the multi-tap keyboard? Right now, nothing happens when I try to type rset using multi-tap.

Turn the device sideways/horizontal, do you get the full keyboard?

That works in Calendar but not Address Book. :/

Address book wants to "lookup" rset.

oh ok, the Address Book... I am not sure you can reset the address book in that manner. I know you can the calendar.

I did it via Desktop Manager so all is well. Thanks!
