Out of curiosity: is there anybody out there, who would like to purify the list of calls in absence like me?
Do you agree that messages about calls in absence without identity makes no sense at all?
May be, do you wonder like me about another annoyance:
when someone leaves a voice message on you mailbox, the BB shows
1 a message about a call in absence
2 a message from your provider with a standard text "you have a voice mail"
Number 1 is redundant.
To be honest: even the way of being informed about a new voice message and the neccessary steps to listen to it, is an annoyance.
Why, a user asks himself, does it needs more steps and seconds to listen to a voice message than read an SMS?
Why is a mobile phone not able to save the voice message directly in the phone and hitting a message about the arrival about a voice message start it in a fraction of a second.
Like on the ancient answering machines with cassettes.
They had a great workflow, compared to the poor one of actual mobile phones.
In my humble opinion.
What do you think about all that?
Do you argue "Well, these some seconds, these few extras steps, ..."?
