Hi,

When I delete my emails, i only used to have 2 options which is delete and cancel. Now I suddenly have 3 which is mailbox and handheld, handheld and cancel.

Even with the 2 options i will still receive my emails on my computer.
Does anyone know why suddenly I have 3 options?

Because you changed the setting at Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation to give you the additional choice.

i did not change anything thats why i am curious how it happened.

If i want it to only have the 'delete' and 'cancel' option,what would be the settings.

problem solved....

now i have another problem where gmail emails sent from my bb wont be pushed to the handheld as new mail anymore....it stopped working on june 1even though I have the auto bcc function on....i only like this because it helps me tracked if the email has been out...

can anyone help?

That's simply for e-mail reconciliation. It wont stop the e-mail from hitting your BB and you PC. Choosing to delete on handheld and mailbox will delete the mails from your BB and your mailbox...not your PC. You'd need a BES account for that to happen.
