When reconnecting to a PC where the IT Policy *.bin file is located or has been copied, the IT Policy is reloaded automatically.
It could have happened to you, and is a valid question.
I have the exact same problem mate with an 8900 i have unlocked it and the carriers name appears but still each time i try to make a call it says call failed and i don't know what to do about it...if there is an IT policy from t-mobile how do i know?
I am having the same problem. when i put my o2 sim into the blackberry (8900 curve) the network comes up, the internet works but i cant make calls. It says call failed
telly i had same issue with a 8800 at&t unlocked phone i discovered that the sims i purchased were data plans but a blackberry phone requires a data plan that is setup on the blackberry network, contact your provider and give them your imei code number and pin info and verify that it is on the blackberry network hope this was of help to you
Well sometimes it happens due to the operator internal setting should be chage. You first of all check the SIM operator services and the configuration because some of the phones has kinda setting in the call setting wizard where the caller's id sending option it shoud be by network.
