I have Ea'd an 8120 to migrate from BES 4 to BES 5, which went fine. But now it doesn't notify on arrival of new mail and when checked, mails have already been opened.

Anyone know what the cause could be?

Do you run your mail thru outlook or an outlook redirector? Or is it all straight from the BES?
