I know this question is going to sound very foolish coming from an IT guy, but I just installed 3 different weather apps on my boss's Blackberry 5830 and not a single one of them has an icon in the list of icons? How do I get these apps to show up so he can just click the icon?

Are you sure the weather apps were designed for the device in question?

Have you looked in the "Downloads" or "Applications" folders?
