are you on the enterprise server? .. if not try this
do a pin to pin to see if you have internal communcation within your carrier network
to do so..
go to message
hit the menu key
go to compose PIN
type mypin (all one word in the body of the text)
that will populate your PIN
then type your PIN in the TO: field
this well tell you if your carrier has an issue
if that goes through okay
try to re register on the Host Routing Table
go to options/advanced options/host routing table
hit the menu key and go to register now
