Default Desktop Manager 6 Woes...

Please Login to Remove!

So i get all excited and download DM6... plug up my bold 9700 and get a message that there is an upgrade to my phone...

...It goes through the process of backing up all my info and then gets to the point of reconnecting in DM...

I have rebooted my bb and it is recognized by the PC, however desktop manager never reconnects...

Now I'm just looking to restore the "PIN".alx file with all my settings and apps.

Anybody know where the file is located...

Search you PC for your PIN number, all files and folders.
It is normally a temp folder.

Not coming up with anything... I'm not sure if... because I encrypted the file too in the options that is why i can't find it.

When I look for the pin it comes back with SyncConfig (an .xml file)

Have you done a search on all ALX files (*.alx)?

Have you closed DM? If so, the temp files are gone.
