bold 9650 and gogo inflight wifi

cant get gogo to work. Can get wifi to work every where but on the plane. Typically, once it finds a network, it prompts to the hotspot. Once I find gogo in flight, i get a 30 second countdown on "detecting internet connection", and then times out.
I'm so frustrated. I use my laptop and it works, can't figure out the bb.
please help
