The government of India is planning to prevent BES and BBM services in India if RIM is not providing access to Security agencies by 31st August. Directives have been given to service providers to stop offering these services if RIM is not complying with the request.

Good news for Indian BB Users.... RIM has agreed to comply with the Indian Security agencies demands and will be setting up a server in India ... services will be allowed to continue. Seems like the RIM has taken into consideration the growing market in India and economic sense prevails!
@ audit : Looks like there is gonna be one more server added to your list
