Hello Everyone.

I have BB 7230,Last day I forget my BB Password and I entered password 10 times,and all in a once removed,Now I Have installed BB Desktop Manager and App Loader,this shows me a list which prgms you want to update or install on your blackberry,when i check them and click next I recieved this error

INVALID CONFIGURATION

This Application "Blackberry 4.0.2 Core Applications" cannot be uploaded because some required files are not available.

Please sort out this problem.......I'll be thankfull to you.

What OS is on the BB? Are you trying to install an OS and/or apps that do not support the 7230?

I have the same problem, When I connect this 7230 with my Desktop manager the apps does not appear and gives me an error.

Another problem i found lately that the scroll doesnt work suddenly

I had same problem on a 7250 after wipe it.
So, to files not availables, i just dowload the full OS on my PC, install it, remove vendor.xml and it work perfectly.
