Last week I changed the plan to a family plan, performed reprogram and stopped receiving emails.

Performed hard reset last night, received all emails that had been stacking up. Now it won't stop talking to the network. Entire OS is lagging out big time due to the constant communication.

Now whenever I try to connect to the internet, change email settings, or generally do anything that requires data usage it gives me an error of either "Cannot connect" or "There was a problem connecting."

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
