We are running Exchange 2010. WE just installed Blackberry Server Express 5.0.2.29. When I try to active my Blackberry Storm, it shows waiting and tries a couple times. Finally it gives up. If I run IEMSTest, the only error is "Failed to resolve the SMTP address". What could be the problem?
