I have a curve 8310 BES with mass storage option on and passwrod entered corerct. i can backup my device, but when i connect via USB and use the desktop app, i am unable to list the application on my BB. message simply says,' the list of applications from your device couldn't be loaded. additionally, if click any of the Media Sync options, the message says.' if you bb device is using bluetooth cooecntion or is not connected to compaute, you need to connect it with usb, etc and nothing is displayed.

any idea to how get the app list and media files list to work?
