One of my users is unable to make calls from his blackberry via bluetooth in his car - when he tries to make a call he gets a message saying 'no entries found'. He can receive calls ok. This has been happening since I migrated the user to a new BESExpress server; previously we were using BES 4 and he could make calls fine using bluetooth. Has anyone any ideas about anything I could try? Bluetooth setting is set to discoverable. Have tried re-pairing and this does not help. Thanks.

When you tried to re-pair did you completely delete the prior pairing from both the car and the phone. I had a similar problem, but I deleted from both prior to re-pairing.
