Hello Guys,
I am verizon 9650 user, My uncle bought for me and gifted me, i have it with full accessories and box I have also activated BIS service everything working fine just the problem is in EDGE/edge, it is EDGE and everything working fine but when i start browsing it become edge and browsing continues but other messenger services get stoped.
I have Warid Telecom carrier and OS 6 please help me to fix this issue i am really afraid, there is also setting when i press ##000000 there is written my number and other settings but i dont know other settings there i think if i can be able to do something there it will fix problem.

Is your carrier a GSM or CDMA carrier? I assume that it must be GSM. If so EDGE is all you will get.

As for dropping from uppercase to lowercase, have you tried a battery pull to see what that does?

Are you using the BB browser or another one?

That is often a function of your carrier's signal. You may be on the fringe of a good data connection area, hence the dropping out of EDGE and into the no-data edge.
