hi all, i installed Blackberry protect on my device, but when i try enter to Blackberry Protect App i get this error:


You cannot install BlackBerry Protect on your Blackberry device. Blackberry Protect is not compatible with devices that use a Blackberry Enterprise server

i am call to my Cell phone company and they say me: your actual contract is BIS.

then the question is: how to check if in my cell phone i have configured the BES?

fixed the problem

i am removed the IT Protection

i followed Method one:

Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ
