Hey guys,

Running latest verison of BES+Exchange 2010

I would like to be able to assign contacts/phone numbers to blackberries dependant on their job.. So electrical people will get 50 default contacts of people in their department, Salesmen will get their department etc,.

what is the best way to accomplish this?

I would say organize the contacts into public folder contacts folders. like a a public contacts folder called electrical, administrative, etc and copy the contacts into it. Then publish those folders and assign them as needed to the users.

I was thinking of this, how do you "assign" them on the BES server though?
