When trying to synch my desktop with my phone, I get a repeated unknown error when the synchronisation set up is looking for the root configuration name of the main system...
what does this even mean? No suggested course of action is given and the troubleshooter gives no clue!
This is only since I updated the OS and the desktop software of course...

Please can someone tell me they know what is going on and how to fix it, I really need to synch my outlook calendar to my phone!

thanks to both of you, but neither of these seem to address my problem... it is only on syncing my info, I can even get the configuration engine to start...
