Job Title : Tech Support Engineer
Job Description
Provide outstanding BES Tech support to our corporate user-base via on-site visits, remote support and phone support. Need to be able to support other tech products (other smartphones), AD, Exchange 03/07/10 etc
Company: UK Based Reseller
Education Required : A-Levels.
Experience Required : 2 years plus hands-on BES experience, including installs - other products/tech a bonus. Need to be able to communicate clearly to both tech and non-tech audiences and work well as part of a x-functional team
Starting Salary : TBA
Conditions : Good package.
