Every workday, I have to dial an 800 number and immediately input a digit to a specific department. Currently I dial by voice command, pull out my BB to hit '2' and then reholster to talk.

My question is: Can I set up my voice dial to pause and input the secondary digit, and if so, how? I've looked at Smart dialing [OS6 on a 9700] but it doesn't seem to do what I need...or do I just not understand how to set it up?

Anyway, I got it sorted myself.... While editing a contact number there is a further menu available by hitting the Blackberry key. There I found a variety of commands including a 'Pause'. Put this at the end of the main number you're dialing and then the secondary number. When you voice dial the main number there is a 4-second pause before the final number sounds...enough time to get to the local menu. Easy-peasy, as the young folk say...
