I have tried unsuccessfully to download this software on my computer and would appreciate any help advice or some simple steps. I am not particularly computer literate.
I have visited the website and seem to have successfully downloaded version 6.1
It says my computer needs to have something called Microsoft Net 3.5 or something of the sort- which I have then also dowloaded. When I click on the desktop ICON on my computer a message comes up saying"Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close " I have spent about three or four hours in repeating downloads to no avail.
Is there a way out of this ? Can summit be done to solve the problem at all or am I just doomed !!
If you haven't done so already, you might want to look at http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...C&kcId=KB17001 and see if maybe you missed something. There is a referenced KB article also that you may need to scan.
