Hey, I can't download the newest version of FB..and can't understand why.
I've updated my phone, using the BB Desktop Manager..and I have an 'active' bolt-on, so I should be able to access all the Blackberry internet services...

When I try to download the new version..it looks like it's doing it, then says my phone doesn't support the system requirements or something along those lines.
Can anyone clarify what I need to do?

The "something along those lines" might be helpful to zero in on the problem.

If your "bolt on" is indeed a full BlackBerry data plan, and if it is associated with your handset, you should be good to go. You may want to verify before you waste time.

Next step would be to do a hard rest on the handset. With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Replace the battery and then try again after the device boots up. Do that and see what happens.

Ended up getting a new BB lol - decided to move with the times, as the one I had was over 2 years old. Thanks for your help anyhow
